Several years ago we noticed that when we created new dishes prepared with mushrooms, they became instant favorites overnight! We also realized that people had many questions about how to prepare mushrooms and which kinds were good to eat. Hence, we created an entire Harvest to celebrate the wonder of the mushrooms!
This year every Sorrentino’s restaurant features its own signature mushroom menu … seven locations and seven different mushroom menus! You will have a choice of over 100 mushroom dishes to sample from during Mushroom Harvest 2007! So, come visit us at Sorrentino’s and enjoy delectable funghi creations by our talented and dedicated chefs!

Meet and dine with Count Francesco Marone Cinzano, owner of Col d'Orcia (Italy) and Caliboro (Chile) wine estates! Count Cinzano will personally host this very special evening which will feature an exquisite multi-course Italian truffle menu by Sorrentino’s Corporate Chef Sonny Sung, paired with the fine wines of Col d'Orcia.
$225 plus gst per guest (includes gratuity).
Count Francesco Marone Cinzano, whose family established and formerly owned Cinzano, the oldest vermouth-producing house, is the current owner of one of the largest and best-known wine estates in Montalcino, Tuscany (Col d’Orcia accounts for a total of 370 acres of land, including over 260 acres of Brunello vineyards). In addition to Col d’Orcia, Count Cinzano owns the Reserva de Caliboro estate in Chile’s Maule Valley, a vineyard property he established in the 1990s. The Count was recently nominated the high profile honour of president of the Brunello Consortium, an organization for the tutelage and promotion of one of the most famous Italian wines in the world.
