World Series Cooking Classes
Each cooking class is two and a half hours long and structured to include the hands-on creation of an entrée and a simple salad or dessert. Class fees are $75 (plus gst) per person per class and include all food as dictated by the class theme and menu as well as wine tasting while dining.
Recipes will be handed out and are yours to take home at the end of the class.
Souvenir aprons are available at a cost of $20.00 per apron.
Standard Cooking Classes
Each cooking class is one day (3-4 hours) and you can choose any available date. Class fees range from $75 to $150 per person (plus gst). Most classes include hands-on instruction by a Sorrentino's Chef in a small group (max 20 guests). Some classes will include wine and espresso tastings, recipes, a souvenir apron, and all of our classes include a lot of fun! Should the class on your preferred date become full or not receive sufficient registrations to proceed, we will do our best to accommodate you on another available date of your choice.
In-Home Classes
Our exclusive in-home cooking classes are perfect for those who want personalized cooking instruction in a small group setting and familiar environment. The in-home classes are best suited for small groups of 2-6 people depending on the size of your kitchen and are 3 hours long. Our Chef will custom-design a menu for you and your guests to include an appetizer, entrée, side dish and dessert. He or she will advise you on the list of ingredients and quantity that you need to purchase for the cooking party. The Chef will arrive at the requested time and location with complimentary aprons and recipe booklets for an interactive and delicious experience right at your home. Class fees are $500 for a party of up to 6 ($50 per person for more than 6 people and up to 12 people). Ingredients are not included but can be supplied for an additional charge.
Corporate Team Building Classes
Our cooking classes make for an excellent corporate team-building event. We have hosted numerous companies, big and small. We can plan the event as a fun competition or just as a social event for your staff. With our adjacent Caffè Sorrentino we can accommodate larger groups up to 50. For more than 50 we can use some of our other restaurant locations depending on restaurant availability.
Cooking Class Parties
Planning a Bridal Shower or Stagette? How about a Birthday Party, Retirement or ANY type of Party! We can customize our classes to whatever your needs.
Gift Certificates
They are a great gift! You don't have to do choose any classes…just pay the amount you want and the recipient of the card gets to choose which class and when.

Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend your class, we require a minimum of 48 hours or a deposit of 50% will be assessed on your credit card if we are unable to fill your space. No-shows will be assessed the full class fee. There are no refunds on gift certificates and cooking class gift certificates cannot be used at any of the restaurants.
