New Editions to Sorrentino's Cooking Classes!

New for 2010 are our In-Home Classes, Celiac Friendly Cooking Classes, Kids Classes, Free Espresso Sessions and Singles Classes.

Standard Cooking Classes
Each cooking class is one day (3-4 hours) and you can choose any available date. Class fees are $125 per guest plus GST; includes hands-on instruction by a Sorrentino's Chef in a small group (max 20 guests), wine and espresso tastings, recipes, a souvenir apron, samples to take home, and always a lot of fun! Should the class on your preferred date become full or not receive sufficient registrations to proceed, we will do our best to accommodate you on another available date of your choice.

Demonstration Cooking Classes
Each cooking class is 2 hours long and designed to provide a demonstration style instruction to a group of students (15 maximum) by a Sorrentino’s Chef. Class fees are $75 per person and include some food sampling. All demonstration classes are held at Sorrentino’s restaurants.

In-Home Classes
Our exclusive in-home cooking classes are perfect for those who want personalized cooking instruction in a small group setting and familiar environment. The in-home classes are best suited for small groups of 2-6 people depending on the size of your kitchen and are 3 hours long. Our Chef will custom-design a menu for you and your guests to include an appetizer, entrée, side dish and dessert. He or she will advise you on the list of ingredients and quantity that you need to purchase for the cooking party. The Chef will arrive at the requested time and location with complimentary aprons and recipe booklets for an interactive and delicious experience right at your home. Class fees are $350 for a party of up to 6 ($35 per person after, up to 12 people). For bookings with our Corporate Executive Chef, Sonny Sung, the charge is $500 (up to 6 people). Ingredients are not included but can be supplied for an additional charge.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your class, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice or a deposit of 50% will be assessed if we are unable to fill your space. No-shows will be assessed the full class fee.
