
Our corporate team building cook-off events have been very successful. Combining the challenge of preparing good food with a bit of wine and dinner has proven to be a winning combination.
We are able to accommodate groups of 12 to 20 people on any day of the week.
The cost for a 4-hour event ranges from $100.00 to $150.00 a person plus GST. The varying costs are determined by how much liquor is included and the complexity and ingredients incorporated in the menu (e.g. seafood increases the costs).
Together we can plan and create an event that is tailor-made to the needs and tastes of your group.
The menu generally includes (suggestions):
one appetizer … Rustic Tomato Bruschetta
one salad (optional) … Chilled Prawns with Baby Organic Greens & lemon, garlic, grape seed oil
one pasta dish … Rigatoni With Garlic, Ground Veal, Black Bean, Chili, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
one entrée … Seared Chicken Breast Scaloppine with lemon, scallion, aglio e olio
and a dessert … Tiramisu
A taste (3 oz) of white wine, red wine, and 1oz of dessert wine is included. During the “wine tasting”, we explain why we chose that wine to pair with your menu, the wine’s features and some background info on the wine & winery. We also find that our guests love to know some basic facts about ordering wine in a restaurant.
Service throughout the class will be provided by a server from our Downtown restaurant who has 5-star experience and possesses vast wine & liquor knowledge to enlighten and entertain you.
The team building events take about 4 hours to complete and include sitting down at the end and enjoying dining on what the other teams have prepared.
