Italian Cooking is all about honoring ingredients. The essential flavors of quality products are allowed to shine when prepared with a light and caring hand. Our La Cucina Italiana Cooking Classes offer a fresh and interactive approach to the fine art of food, in all its elements.
Our classes are four hours in duration and are most definitely pro-active. Our format includes instruction by a qualified Chef, menu selections that are prepared and enjoyed through out the class and wine pairings with each menu offering.

Well we don’t have many wine options within 100 miles but we will feature some great British Columbia Wines.
