Our goal at Sorrentino’s Catering is to help make your event magnificent or - as we say in Italian - “Magnifico”! We take pride in providing food professionally prepared in our kitchen, using only the freshest ingredients in every dish that we create. Our dishes are not only delectable but eye pleasing as well; we believe that catering must be beautiful from the inside out.

Our menus are just an outline of suggestions for dishes available. We would like to work with you one on one & create the menu that is perfectly suited to your guests, event & venue. Sorrentino’s has Gold Medal Chefs who are able to provide any standard of event you may require.

Alberta Beef  
Alberta beef meat balls lightly tossed in a touch of tomato sauce on a bed of barely blanched spinach & ricotta cheese.  In season roasted butternut squash is a great substitute for the spinach. We also offer thinly sliced slow roasted Alberta beef in a Merlot jus instead of meatballs.

Rock shrimp
Garlic infused beurre blanc, sautéed rock shrimp, roasted bell peppers, red onion, fresh basil garnish.

Chicken
Grilled lemon chicken fanned over a bed of lightly blanched broccoli & cauliflower drizzled with a chardonnay reduction.
